Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication device or code. tk99vip strongly recommends the following security practices:

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on tk99vip, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on tk99vip — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to tk99vip and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension or Closure by tk99vip: tk99vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after a withdrawal request.
